- Das Lied "Brand new Cadillac" wurde von Brian Maurice Holden geschrieben, der es im April 1959 unter seinem Pseudonym Vince Taylor als B-Seite seiner zweiten 7" Single Pledgin' my love veröffentlichte.
- Auf Vince Taylors Originalfassung spielte Gitarrist Joe Moretti, der später mit Johnny Kidd and the Pirates das Lied "Shakin' all over" aufnahm.
